When those dreams came together, along with Hollie's love for real, high-quality food, our family coffee cafe was born. We wanted to build more than just a coffee cafe; we wanted to create a place where we’d love to spend time ourselves, where every guest feels welcomed, every detail matters, and every visit feels a little more like coming home.
But this dream didn’t become a reality on our own. We have been incredibly blessed by family and close friends who believed in this vision from the very beginning. They gave their time, talents, and countless hours to help build this space, from construction and woodworking to the thoughtful finishing touches that make it feel warm and inviting. Every corner of this coffee cafe reflects not only our family’s dream but also the generosity, hard work, and love of the people who helped bring it to life.
From the very beginning, our goal has been simple: to create a place where quality comes first. We believe some of life’s best moments happen around the table, sharing good food, great coffee, and meaningful conversations. We believe those moments deserve the very best, which is why we thoughtfully choose partners who share our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and care.
Our coffee is roasted fresh in small batches by Custom House Coffee in Middletown, Rhode Island, a local roaster whose passion for craftsmanship and quality reflects our own. We proudly use milk from a local Farm in Tiverton, Rhode Island, and create many of our signature syrups in-house using real ingredients like fresh blueberries and bananas.
Our food follows the same philosophy. For our sourdough toast and panini sandwiches, we are proud to partner with a beloved local bakery known for its thoughtfully crafted artisan breads. Our bagels come from another bakery New York. Since 1916, they've been dedicated to the craft of baking, creating naturally fermented sourdough bagels rooted in tradition and quality.
That same dedication carries into our own kitchen, where Hollie mills her own flour to create delicious fresh-baked cookies from scratch.
Every choice we make comes back to one belief: if we wouldn't proudly serve it to our own family, we wouldn't serve it to yours. More than serving great coffee and food, we hope to create a place where friendships grow, conversations linger, celebrations are shared, and everyone who walks through our doors feels like family.
